I’m a seasoned hospitality executive with 25+ years of leadership experience driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and guest satisfaction across branded and independent hotels. I’m recognized as a three-time Hilton Wall of Fame recipient for outstanding leadership and results.
Most recently, I provided turnaround leadership for two Hilton assets as General Manager / Task Force, stabilizing operations and elevating service delivery across Hilton Garden Inn–Las Colinas and DoubleTree by Hilton–Dallas/ Richardson. I strengthened team performance through training, accountability, and culture alignment, and improved guest satisfaction and operational consistency across both properties.
Before that, I led operations at scale as Regional Director of Operations with a 9+ hotel portfolio across Hilton, Marriott, and IHG brands in DFW. I built strong leadership pipelines, reduced turnover through coaching and development, and drove consistent RevPAR growth, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
I also transformed underperforming assets and reworked core functions—redesigning front desk operations to improve guest satisfaction, leveraging STAR reports to rebalance business mix, optimizing labor to reduce overtime, and revamping F&B to grow breakfast revenue and relaunch upscale dinner service. From pre-openings and renovations to cost control and cash flow, I bring disciplined execution, brand standards mastery, and a culture that wins.
