What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a healthcare revenue cycle role where I can resolve complex A/R, denials, appeals, and reimbursement issues across commercial and government payers.

I've spent more than 10 years resolving healthcare reimbursement issues across specialty pharmacy, home infusion, physician billing, and hospital revenue cycle.

At AIS Healthcare, I manage complex unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims for specialty pharmacy and home infusion services. I research payer requirements, analyze EOBs and ERAs, and submit corrections, reconsiderations, and appeals through final resolution.

At TEKsystems supporting Atrium Health and previously at Amerita, I investigated high-volume A/R, reimbursement discrepancies, payer-processing issues, and complex denials. I developed appeals supported by payer-policy research and documentation to recover appropriate reimbursement.
