What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an infrastructure or cloud-focused role where I can support secure, scalable AWS and enterprise systems, resolve production incidents, strengthen operational documentation, and grow my cloud architecture and automation capabilities.

I've supported enterprise infrastructure at Sutherland Global Services, resolving NetApp ONTAP NAS, NFS, CIFS, SnapMirror, software, and networking incidents while collaborating with infrastructure teams.

Across Lambton College, the City of Toronto, SAS Institute India, and Ameyo, I've administered Windows and Linux environments, supported AWS resources, managed Jira and Confluence knowledge bases, produced SQL and Crystal Reports, and delivered remote technical support. I've also maintained PostgreSQL databases, implemented patches, configured call-center systems, and trained users.

I'm an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional and RHCSA-certified engineer focused on secure, scalable, highly available cloud operations, production support, incident management, and practical technical documentation.
