I am an Infrastructure & Storage Engineer with 4+ years of experience managing multi-petabyte enterprise NAS & SAN platforms across NetApp, Dell EMC, and IBM environments. I focus on specialized areas like high-availability production systems, performance optimization, disaster recovery, and large-scale migrations within mission-critical infrastructures.

In my current role at Accenture (Gurugram, Haryana), I manage 30+ PB enterprise storage infrastructure across 30+ arrays and support high-availability production workloads across globally distributed environments. I collaborate with compute, virtualization, network, and application teams to drive incident resolution, change execution, and infrastructure optimization—especially during Sev1 / Sev2 production incidents—while ensuring service restoration within SLA and preventing recurrence through root cause analysis.

I also lead storage performance diagnostics and workload balancing to reduce latency and improve IOPS efficiency, while optimizing storage capacity utilization through workload distribution and resource reallocation. I execute infrastructure upgrades (firmware, ONTAP, BMC, IOM), implement Snapmirror and Snapshot strategies, and validate disaster recovery plans through failover simulations and DR testing exercises, using PowerShell/Bash automation, monitoring tools, and capacity planning to improve operational consistency and efficiency.
