I’m looking for a role where I can own CRM-driven lead generation and customer success end-to-end—combining campaign execution, data analysis, and fast issue resolution to improve retention, pipeline quality, and cross-team performance.

I’m a results-driven Customer Success & Marketing Executive with 4+ years of experience in the EdTech industry, specializing in lead generation, customer support, and client relationship management.

I manage the full client journey—lead tracking, follow-ups, qualification, onboarding, and issue resolution—so product queries are resolved on time and client satisfaction stays high. I also create client proposals and deliver product demos to convert interest into confident next steps.

On the marketing side, I execute campaigns and improve pipeline quality through data-driven work: telecalling, data mining, competitor analysis, and market research. I’ve successfully executed ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, while ensuring data quality, team performance, and campaign effectiveness.

Operationally, I coordinate cross-functional teams and strengthen systems using CRM tools like HubSpot and Zoho, plus ERP (MasterSoft ERP Solution). I enjoy streamlining operations, collaborating across sales and support, and supporting events such as webinars and conferences to generate qualified leads.
