I’m looking for a role where I can own HR operations and talent acquisition end-to-end—driving hiring efficiency, strengthening onboarding and employee relations, and implementing HR systems like ATS/HRIS to improve adoption, reporting, and process performance.

I’m an HR & Talent Acquisition professional with 4+ years of experience across India and Canada, combining end-to-end recruitment with HR operations, employee relations, and HR systems implementation. I bring strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and process improvement to support fast-paced, multi-location teams.

Currently, I lead HR operations for a 300+ employee organization, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations end-to-end. I also proposed and led the end-to-end implementation of the Keka Hire (ATS) module—from pitching to management through configuration, workflows, and adoption—driving rollout from live requisitions within 2 months of approval.

Previously, I led HR operations for a 30+ employee workforce at Urban Planet in Toronto using Dayforce and Excel, including attendance management and compliance reporting, and I helped reduce turnover by 20% through structured onboarding and engagement initiatives. Earlier, I managed high-volume recruitment for 15–20 positions weekly at the Canadian Red Cross, and I supported a high-volume seller support operation at Amazon while earning a Star Trainee award for performance and rapid skill development.
