Managed a high-volume seller support portfolio, resolving 70–80 cases daily while ensuring compliance with internal policies. Analyzed operational metrics and case data, created training materials for new hires, and coordinated with cross-functional teams to resolve complex seller issues.

Supported customer onboarding by performing KYC verification and compliance documentation in line with regulatory guidelines. Assisted relationship managers with client engagement and conducted market research and lead generation while maintaining customer records and sales reports in Excel and internal systems.
