In my former role as night-shift supervisor at Tim Hortons, I am responsible for managing the entire night shift without a manager. Since our manager is not available during the night shift. I always push myself to be a good team player and a leader. Without my manager, I need to be a reliable person for my teammates and deliver great customer service to my customers. As a result, I developed great time management skills, attention to detail, and Communication skills, and was a team player. And I have a good relationship with some of my customers. Working in fast food restaurant made me a quick learner and meet the requirement as soon as possible.
