I led MES readiness for five global New Product Introductions, coordinating cross-functional deployment validation and go-live support with zero quality incidents. I also led more than 60 production system changes per quarter under 3–5 day SLAs with zero production impact.
I build practical SQL, Power BI, and Python solutions that reduce manual work and strengthen manufacturing decisions. My cross-site audit and analytics tools integrated more than 50 database tables across six sites, reducing audit execution time from three weeks to one.
As an SME and escalation point, I troubleshoot production-critical applications, conduct root cause analysis, document operational procedures, and mentor engineers across global support teams.
