I’m a manufacturing process and New Product Introduction (NPI) professional with +5 years of experience in multinational companies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics. I focus on transferring process and product, improving quality metrics, and making production teams successful with repeatable, compliant execution.

At Intel, I lead cross-functional efforts to introduce and validate server microprocessors in high-volume manufacturing test lines. I coordinate global teams across the U.S., Malaysia, China, and Vietnam, drive risk and issue management through KPIs, and ensure audit and quality standards are consistently met.

I also support the full NPI lifecycle—managing project timelines, overseeing NPI test program deployments on validation production floors, and confirming production line validation (IQ/OQ/PQ readiness) before unit testing. One standout result was leading a Value Improvement Project (VIP) by designing automation scripts that generated approximately $2M in savings.

Previously, as a Module Application Engineer, I sustained machines’ SCADA systems and deployed upgrades, developed process control metrics and management reports, and delivered automation solutions for data extraction across multiple departments. I trained over 100 technicians on a first-of-its-kind system and executed root cause and corrective actions (RCCA) for process deviations—so teams can sustain improvements, not just launch products.
