@guillaumemachefer
Customer Success at Celebrity Cruises, where I supervised casino operations and resolved guest disputes.
ThailandWhat I'm looking for
At Celebrity Cruises, I moved from Casino Dealer to Table Games Supervisor, supporting an international clientele and coordinating daily table operations.
I handled guest questions, complaints, and disputes while applying company procedures and protecting service standards. I also resolved operational issues and financial discrepancies.
I trained and supported new employees, monitored transactions and payouts, and prepared operational reports while assisting with accounting and reconciliation.
Earlier, at Grosvenor Casino - Manchester, UK, I served a diverse customer base in English and handled customer queries and financial transactions. I’m interested in remote Customer Success, VIP Client Relations, Account Support, and travel or hospitality roles.
