What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead end-to-end operations—production, procurement, and supply chain—using KPI governance, ISO quality, and Lean Six Sigma to grow revenue while strengthening cost discipline and teams.

I’ve built and scaled an industrial business from €15M to €25M in revenue over more than a decade, combining financial control with full operational leadership. I’ve owned management reporting and cost control first (2013–2015), then led end-to-end production, procurement, supply chain, and logistics for nine years (2015–2024), translating operational data into board-level decisions.

I led a team of 15 direct reports and about 130 indirect collaborators, building supplier networks across Portugal, Turkey, and Asia while protecting quality, cost, and supply continuity. I designed KPI governance frameworks, implemented ISO 9001 certification, and ran Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement programmes—always with an execution-first mindset and the analytical foundation to sustain growth.
