I have supported in building Ryze Group's enterprise data platform on Databricks, unifying multiple business verticals through a governed Medallion Architecture, Delta Lake and Unity Catalog. I've established company-wide naming, modelling and data-quality standards and delivered a finance-consolidation model for self-service analytics.
At Sky Italia, I led the transition from legacy Oracle architecture to Google Cloud Platform and shaped data strategy, governance and business adoption. I delivered customer-base structures, loyalty-program models and Copernico, a customer-centric application powered by near-real-time and batch processing.
I've also led cross-country data-governance, GDPR, behavioural-segmentation and predictive lead-scoring initiatives at Euroconsumers, while contributing product strategy to an AI fashion-tech startup. Across telecommunications, consumer services and multi-vertical groups, I translate complex business needs into scalable data products and shared data language.
