At Gameskraft, I designed soft skills and awareness training programs and created policies, manuals, and internal communication strategies. I led engagement initiatives including the Safety Ambassadors League and Health Week, supporting a culture of safety and wellness for over 650 employees.
At Teach For India, I taught 122 students and developed city-wide curriculum designs impacting 998+ learners. I also created digital learning modules for an Adult Literacy Program and mentored fellows through capacity-building workshops.
