I'm leading A Credit’s transformation from a pawnshop into a licensed credit union, from its regulatory license application to rebuilding its core lending software.

I oversee lending operations, customer service, internal processes, policy, and strategic direction while setting product and engineering priorities with Developers Bloom. My work aligns the lending-platform roadmap with Central Bank of Armenia requirements, including ACRA reporting and credit survey compliance.

I founded Developers Bloom and grew the web and mobile development agency to a 20-person team, serving SMEs in the US and EU through outstaffing, outsourcing, and UI/UX services. I also built its lead generation, outreach, delivery, and AI-assisted client qualification infrastructure.

Previously, I directed operations and financial management at Diamond Credit LLC, tripling revenue over four years while lowering client churn and expanding a consistently-paying client base. I’ve also built businesses in vehicle imports and jewelry marketing, bringing a commercial, operational, and product-focused approach to growth.
