I've built communications functions and guided organizations through change across Daimler Truck Financial Services, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, and Daimler Mobility.

At Daimler Truck Financial Services USA, I established its first standalone corporate communications department, built a four-person team, and developed the first communications strategy aligned to business growth, employee satisfaction, retention, and collaboration. I led town halls, leadership dialogues, company-wide events, executive communications, public relations, and culture initiatives during transformation.

Previously, I led external and social media communications for Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and supported its demerger through employee-focused content. At Daimler Mobility, I grew a global IT community, launched transformation initiatives including #TheNewIT and ITM Transformers, and planned senior management meetings across Michigan and Germany.

My earlier work spans global brand strategy for TEAMS Design, university internationalization and study abroad programs, and public relations for technology and consumer brands. I bring a global perspective shaped by living and working in China, Germany, and the United States, and I work fluently in English and German.
