At TUMO Center for Creative Technologies, I design and deliver structured training for Learning Coaches, Center Managers, Workshop Leaders, and Info Desk and Call Center staff across Armenia, Japan, Kazakhstan, India, and Germany.
I've also supported scholarship and regional development programs at the Technological Education Foundation and Armenian Code Academy, gathering feedback from 600+ scholarship recipients, reporting on Tech For Artsakh, interviewing candidates and students, and engaging potential donors. I enjoy helping learners succeed through clear processes, practical feedback, and thoughtful program coordination.
