At Culver's Restaurant, I train new team members, build effective teaching methods with fellow trainers, and help improve team performance and processes.

I've supported customers face-to-face and by phone, resolved concerns with knowledgeable and friendly service, and earned recognition from management for exceptional customer service. I value open communication between trainees and management and work effectively with diverse teams to meet shared goals.

I'm also studying Adventure Education and Leadership at Asbury University. Having lived in Sicily, Italy for four years, I bring a broader worldview and strong cross-cultural communication skills to learning and leadership environments.
