What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can train others and lead by example through strong customer service, respect, and teamwork—using my patience, empathy, and adaptable communication to help people succeed.

I’ve worked as a Certified Trainer at Raising Canes (2023–2025) in University City, where I helped establish new trainees and support them as they joined the restaurant team.

My main focus was training people in the customer service aspect of the restaurant, building practical confidence in how to work with the public and deliver service with care. As a trainer, I set the standard example that other crew members can follow.

Working with the public showed me how underrated service and respect really are, and it genuinely motivates me to show up and work proudly every day. I aim to bring patience, empathy, and adaptability into every training moment.

I bring strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving to real workplace situations, turning feedback into improvement and helping trainees succeed quickly. My goal is to support teams that treat people well and raise the overall quality of service.
