At CD Baby, I led the Core Experience squad through an end-to-end re-platform and redesign of the user-facing product used by more than one million independent artists worldwide.

I grew from UX Intern to Product Manager through three promotions, owning roadmaps, PRDs, backlogs, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across product, design, engineering, QA, data, and IT. I partnered with eight departments to turn complex needs into actionable product priorities.

I improved account-creation conversion by 34%, onboarding activation by 14%, payment conversion by 12%, and Boost upsell take rate by 5% through experimentation and flow redesigns. I also launched CD Baby's first growth and experimentation program by implementing PostHog for analytics, A/B testing, and phased rollouts.

My background in UX and product design informs how I approach complex workflows, from internal search tools and royalty processing to global payments. I selected and implemented Adyen's payments API to support localized pricing, global payment methods, and three quick-pay wallet options.
