At Trumpf, I commission, test, and troubleshoot high-power drive lasers used in EUV lithography, supporting customer sites including ASML, TSMC, and Intel after system handover. I qualify lasers through power and laser-quality measurements and align systems through the High Power Seed Module and High Power Amplification Chain.
As First Engineer, I lead a team of around 12 engineers, train junior colleagues, run monthly meetings, and represent the team in management discussions. I use JIRA to diagnose and track technical issues, SAP to manage servicing parts, and clear shift-handover documentation to maintain continuity in shift-based operations.
