At Unidad Comunitaria de Salud Familiar, I facilitate five weekly community groups and use mediation approaches adapted to each group. I also implemented active-listening and constructive conflict-resolution protocols for users and interdisciplinary teams.
At Ministerio Secretaría General de la Gobernanza, I directed the training area and designed institutional learning plans for public administration agents. I trained more than 500 agents and taught public-facing service courses using participatory methods.
At Ministerio de Salud y Ambiente de Santa Cruz, I trained users on the Sca4 hospital system and TeleSalud, and contributed to provincial implementation of the Digital Health Record through training for health teams.
My background also includes resolving public inquiries and complaints, supporting bilingual primary classrooms, and organizing focus groups. I hold a degree in Conflict Resolution and Mediation and am pursuing a master's in Intercultural Mediation and Social Education.
