What I'm looking for

I am seeking roles where I can apply my estimating and architectural expertise in a collaborative, process-driven environment, contribute to accurate cost planning, and support project delivery and growth.

I am a Registered and Licensed Architect with nine years of professional experience specializing in project architecture, quantity surveying, estimating, and project management across the Philippines, Australia, and the United States.

I have led design coordination and on-site operations for high-rise residential developments and conducted land acquisition, feasibility, and financial studies for future projects while working with multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

As an estimator and quantity surveyor, I performed architectural and multi-trade quantity takeoffs for hundreds of projects including high-end residential, hotels, hospitals, schools, and industrial developments using tools such as Cubit, On Screen Take Off, and Bluebeam.

I have established company processes and databases, managed small estimating teams, prepared budgets, bids, RFAs/RFIs, and organized project and administrative workflows to drive accurate costing and successful project delivery.
