What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own accurate quantity takeoffs and estimations, coordinate design and construction documents, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-end projects from bid through RFA/RFI support.

I’m a registered and licensed Architect with 9 years of experience across project architecture, estimation, and project management, working both on-site and with multi-disciplinary teams for high-end real estate developers.

My work spans local and international delivery, supporting different US and Australian clients through detailed takeoffs, review of architectural and structural working drawings, and accurate budgeting for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

I’ve led estimating and engineering responsibilities end-to-end—preparing bid estimates, drafting proposal letters and bid forms, supporting RFA/RFI, and monitoring material and labor costs. I’ve also coordinated design production and on-site inspections for a two-tower, 36-storey residential development with multiple consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

With hands-on quantity survey and team leadership experience (including managing a team for exterior architectural trades takeoffs across 200+ projects), I bring strong execution and accountability. I’m proficient in On-Screen Take Off, Bluebeam Revu, Procore, Cubit, AutoCAD, and related tools to keep projects clear, controlled, and measurable.
