What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote Australian Quantity Surveyor or Estimator role where I can apply my estimating, measurement, tendering, procurement, claims, and subcontractor evaluation experience.

I'm currently a Senior Cost Quantity Surveyor at Multi Development & Construction Corporation, preparing quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documentation for residential and commercial fit-out works.

I review drawings, specifications, and scope requirements to identify measurement, pricing, and commercial considerations. I also manage RFIs, variation claims, and progress claims to support project cost administration.

My project experience includes an ₱88M high-rise residential condominium fit-out, a ₱78M commercial restaurant, and a ₱36M commercial casino and VIP gaming facility.

Before my current role, I worked as a Project Engineer and Site Supervisor at CMG Construction Services, coordinating site activities, subcontractors, suppliers, quality, safety, progress, and issue resolution. That hands-on site background helps me interpret scope, measure quantities, and review constructability with practical cost discipline.
