What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute my quantity surveying, estimating, tendering, contract, and claims experience to major construction and infrastructure projects.

I'm currently supporting Arcadis Philippines on the Solaire North Project, a multi-billion-peso integrated resort in Quezon City. I prepare architectural tender documents and reports, then evaluate billings and variation works under a FIDIC contract.

Across more than 38 years locally and internationally, I've led quantity surveying work for Arcadis on The Rise, One Shangri-La Place, Fort Bonifacio Global City, the North Luzon Expressway, and Majuro International Airport runway upgrade.

I've overseen projects from cost planning and design development through tendering, package awards, construction, closeout, claims, and arbitration support.

My experience also includes contractor-side estimating for Chesneyvale office fit-outs, freelance take-offs for Australian clients, UK claims research for Middle East projects, and earlier survey engineering work across the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Guinea, and Cuba.
