I'm looking for opportunities where I can contribute construction estimating, quantity surveying, cost planning, and architectural coordination experience across fit-out, renovation, flooring, tile, and facility projects.

I'm a registered and licensed architect who prepares construction estimates, Bills of Quantities, and quantity takeoffs for renovations, interior fit-outs, flooring, and tile projects.

At Barrett Flooring + Design, I estimate flooring and tile work, review drawings in Bluebeam Revu, create SketchUp visualizations, and coordinate pricing, materials, and clarifications with vendors and internal teams.

Through MIESCOR, independent subcontracting, PDP Architects, and 6x6 Builders, I've supported facility upgrades, commercial and residential projects through cost planning, bid evaluation, documentation, procurement, site coordination, and scope review.
