I am a recent Bachelor of Science in Information Technology graduate with hands-on internship experience providing technical support in hotel IT environments. I install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and operating systems while supporting day-to-day IT operations.

During internships at Pullman Hotel and Mercure Hotel in Nairobi I troubleshot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues, assisted with backups and basic recovery, and supported user onboarding and account setup. I worked closely with IT managers and cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and document incidents.

I have practical experience with basic networking (LAN, routers, switches), antivirus and ICT security practices, IT asset management, and routine system maintenance. I combine strong problem-solving, clear communication, and customer-service orientation to resolve issues efficiently.

I am eager to grow in an IT support or systems administration role where I can expand my networking and server management skills, contribute to stable operations, and continue learning in a fast-paced environment.
