At Innovative Renal Care, I guide patients through insurance coverage, benefits, and complex cases, and help evaluate options that fit their healthcare needs and affordability requirements.
I write and submit grant proposals to the American Kidney Fund to help provide funding for patients’ medical premiums and bills. I also educate patients about Medicare, ACA, and COBRA eligibility and coordinate daily administrative tasks supporting clinical and billing operations.
Previously, as a Health Insurance Navigator at Suwannee River Area Health Education Center, I helped individuals and families find coverage suited to their financial and healthcare needs. I also prepared outreach materials and presentations to support education and access to coverage.
