I am looking for a role that offers exposure to various business areas and opportunities for career growth.

I am a highly motivated graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Science from the University of Ghana, where I completed my degree with a second class upper. Currently, I am pursuing a Diplome Approfondi de Langue Francaise at Alliance Francaise in Tema. My academic background has equipped me with solid analytical skills and a keen attention to detail, which I apply in my professional roles.

In my current position as a Front Desk Executive at De Heus Ghana, I create a positive first impression by welcoming guests and managing incoming communications. My previous experience at Kaysens Gaisie Ltd and MTN Call Center has honed my customer service skills, allowing me to effectively address client inquiries and resolve issues. I thrive in environments where I can interact with diverse individuals and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere.
