What I'm looking for

I seek roles leading UX/CX strategy and HCD adoption where I can coach teams, drive innovation, and deliver human-centered product and learning solutions.

I am a Senior UX/CX strategist and Human-Centered Design activator with extensive experience building and scaling design practices across enterprise and defense sectors. I have led strategic design programs, innovation labs, and cross-functional teams to deliver digital products, services, and learning experiences.

My work has included founding and running a consulting practice, leading UX strategy and design for Platform One, and directing design adoption at Centene, Bayer, and Monsanto. I specialize in service design, enterprise research, design thinking, and prototyping to align products with user and business needs.

I coach teams and individuals using CliftonStrengths and other assessment tools to maximize capability and change, and I have delivered measurable outcomes through IdeaLABs, proof-of-concept deliveries, and organizational adoption programs. I also bring practical experience with Agile, coaching, and facilitation of discovery workshops.

I hold certifications including CliftonStrengths Coach and professional training from Stanford in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and I use tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and elastic, curated HCD methods to create lasting product and cultural impact.
