At Phronetic AI, I joined as a 0→1 founding engineer and hold final architecture and production sign-off authority across the GenAI agentic platform. I designed its OpenAI-SDK-compatible agent gateway, real-time payments platform, and observability stack from zero to production.

I led an agent-runtime redesign that reduced voice and agent time-to-first-token from roughly five seconds to 200ms, a 25x improvement. I also led AWS optimization efforts that reduced monthly infrastructure spend by more than 85%, while building stateless runtime, RAG versioning, agentic-commerce, and security capabilities.

Previously at Infibeam Avenues, I owned catalog management and search for GeM, India’s national public-procurement marketplace, supporting more than 3 million products and thousands of search requests per second. I was also a #1–2 contributor on Reliance JioMart’s seller and catalog platform, owning synchronization across 2 million products and 7–8 downstream systems.

I enjoy owning systems end-to-end: turning product needs into engineering specifications, making architecture trade-offs, operating production platforms, and mentoring engineers. I lead teams, review design and code quality, and have conducted more than 100 technical interviews.
