What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead architecture for scalable, resilient backend and AI-enabled platforms, partnering across Product, AI/ML, Infrastructure, and Platform teams to solve large-scale problems, improve engineering productivity, and deliver measurable customer outcomes.

At Motive, I own technical architecture for Collision and AI Event platforms supporting safety-critical fleet intelligence across 50K+ fleet customers and 600K+ connected vehicles processing roughly 2M events per day.

I redesigned Collision First Responder to separate latency-sensitive notifications from asynchronous validation, reducing emergency notification latency from about 10 minutes to 3–5 minutes. I also built a Claude-powered engineering assistant integrating GitHub, Datadog, Slack, and Confluence through MCP, reducing incident MTTR by 50%+ and improving RCA accuracy by about 60%.

Previously at Gartner, I architected reusable automation and MLOps platforms adopted by 5+ teams, reducing manual effort by up to 75%. I led platform architecture, hired and mentored engineers, and built standardized experiment tracking and model deployment with MLflow, Amazon SageMaker, and automated CI/CD.
