I’m seeking to bring my skills in CRM architecture and systems automation to a forward-thinking team where I can optimize daily operations and drive scalable growth.

At OpsForge Systems, I engineered the Contract-to-Close Command Center, an automated real estate compliance system built with Airtable and Make. It cut manual deadline calculations from 30–45 minutes per transaction to two minutes of initial data entry.

I also built a seven-table relational database and six Make scenarios to calculate contingency deadlines, send Friday digests, and maintain a timestamped compliance audit trail. A Slack reminder escalation engine prevented duplicate notifications and false alarms for closed deals.

For a B2B healthcare client, I architected a signal-driven Go-To-Market pipeline using Clay and HubSpot. Its filters eliminated unnecessary API lookups, while automated routing sent high-intent executive job-change tasks directly to the sales queue.
