I’m an analytical, detail-oriented compliance & data analytics professional with experience in data management, compliance-focused processes, and organizational governance. I support regulatory compliance through data verification and validation, investigative analysis, and clear reporting documentation.

At Local Enterprise Authority (LEA), I conducted verification and validation against ISO standards, identified inconsistencies and potential non-compliance, and supported corrective actions. I also managed the compliance-focused digitization of over 1,000 client records, strengthening data security and audit readiness, while maintaining accurate records for internal monitoring and reporting.

Through internships at African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) and Kgalagadi Breweries Limited (KBL), I supported data governance and compliance frameworks, improved monitoring and reporting processes, and contributed to dashboard development to enhance reporting accuracy and decision-making. I bring strong stakeholder collaboration, report writing skills, and a growing interest in compliance monitoring, regulatory frameworks, and anti-money laundering practices.
