I seek a role where I can apply M&E and data skills to improve program outcomes, work with cross-functional teams, deliver training, and drive process improvements in a collaborative, impact-focused organization.

I am an experienced Bachelor of Business Administration professional with a strong background in monitoring and evaluation, data management, planning, procurement, and anti-money laundering functions. I deliver results through meticulous attention to detail, analytical insight, and strong stakeholder engagement.

At the Department of Tertiary Education Financing I led user acceptance testing for an e-services placement module and re-aligned M&E processes to improve effectiveness, training and guiding staff while producing data-driven reports on over 1,500 students.

Previously I conducted due diligence and KYC reviews as an Assistant Anti-Money Laundering Officer, supported data integrity at a bank, and assisted procurement and project management activities at the Ministry of Education. I am a Microsoft Excel expert and have delivered training and performance tracking initiatives.
