I’m looking for a CSM role where client success is the core work: educating customers, resolving concerns quickly, and driving adoption through proactive follow-ups. I thrive on building trust and ensuring clients feel supported after every interaction.

I’m a client-focused Customer Success professional with 2+ years of experience across financial services and insurance renewals. I built a proven track record of achieving 90–100% monthly targets by combining trust-building with consultative, empathy-led communication.

Now I’m transitioning fully into Customer Success Management in a B2B growth environment, where client understanding and long-term outcomes are the core.
