I’m a detail-oriented Senior Process Associate with 2 years of experience in Trust & Safety operations at Wipro Limited, specializing in fraud detection and risk analysis. I focus on identifying vulnerabilities, reducing misuse, and helping keep systems secure through careful review and decision-making.

In my Google (Trust & Safety) project, I monitored and reviewed accounts using tools like Aart, Google Ads, and Risk Engine. I evaluated text, images, videos, and audio against customer guidelines—approving compliant content and rejecting content involving child abuse imagery, terrorism, or violence.

I contributed to fraud elimination efforts within circumvention bin and public figure impersonation processes, while working effectively within tight deadlines and a fast-paced atmosphere. I also handled advertiser appeals by verifying accounts to confirm whether actions were correct or not, maintaining excellent attendance quality.

Beyond operations, I’m building a technical path toward cybersecurity and IT. I have foundational knowledge of cybersecurity tools and networking concepts, along with practical exposure to Burp Suite Proxy for web application testing, plus skills in Java and SQL that support my transition into secure, technical roles.
