What I'm looking for

I'm open to international or hybrid opportunities where I can lead banking data strategy, governance, BI, migrations, and transformation while building capable teams through practical knowledge transfer.

At National Development Bank, I built the Data Department from the ground up as a one-person function, establishing data strategy, governance, reporting, analytics, data quality, integration, and stakeholder enablement.

I translate banking and business needs into practical data and technology solutions across SAP ECC, SQL Server, Oracle environments, Hogan, Power BI, and ETL platforms. My work includes data marts, executive reporting, source-to-target mapping, reconciliation, UAT, and post-transition verification for system and data migrations.

Previously, I delivered banking analytics at Absa, audit automation and control analytics across 11 African countries at Letshego, and risk advisory data solutions at Deloitte. I lead through teaching, making complex technical concepts usable through documentation, coaching, data definitions, and practical knowledge transfer.
