What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Business Intelligence Analyst role where I can use Power BI, SQL, Python, and stakeholder communication to deliver practical insights. I'm open to remote opportunities globally.

I built six production Power BI HR dashboards from workforce datasets, giving HR leadership real-time visibility into KPIs and trends.

I wrote SQL queries across HR and SCM data to surface workforce KPIs, departmental headcounts, diversity statistics, average age, and hiring trends. I also prepared reporting datasets through profiling, missing-value handling, duplicate removal, outlier detection, and type correction.

Beyond analytics, I led a Power BI training session that led to eight employees enrolling. I also administered SharePoint environments, supported Power Automate requirements, and produced IT governance audit reports.

I'm completing a BSc (Hons) in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics and have built projects including an employee attrition prediction model and a Botswana labour market analysis. I use Python, SQL, Power BI, and Azure tools to turn data into practical recommendations.
