What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a recruitment role where I can build strong candidate pipelines, partner closely with stakeholders, use market insights to guide hiring, and contribute to a data-driven talent acquisition process.

I'm currently supporting recruitment at Alturna Networks – Solid Optics (Amphenol Group), sourcing qualified candidates, conducting structured interviews, and sharing market insights and pipeline updates with stakeholders.

Previously, I coordinated recruitment at International Software Products (TransPerfect) and Bodyist, where I matched candidates to role requirements, analyzed talent markets, and strengthened candidate engagement throughout the selection process.

My foundation in HR spans recruitment operations and HR support at Flamingo Country Club, backed by an MA in Industrial Relations and Human Resources. I bring a data-driven, consultative approach to talent acquisition and stakeholder partnership.
