What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level people-focused role where I can apply HR records management, communication, psychological assessment, and research skills while continuing to grow in human resources.

At AFNI Philippines, I maintained employee 201 files, uploaded records to HRIS and internal filing systems, and helped ensure accurate, compliant documentation.

I supported background check processes by tracking clearance reports, identifying discrepancies, coordinating updates with employees and vendors, and following up on missing requirements through professional emails and calls.

My psychology training and clinical internship at Kidz Therapy and Learning Center strengthened my communication, research, interpersonal, and classroom support skills. I'm a Certified Human Resource Associate with interests in psychology, mental health advocacy, and people-focused work.
