I’m a highly motivated, goal-oriented professional with a tech-savvy mindset and a strong focus on people-centered work. I combine HR coordination with psychology practice through internships that strengthened my reliability, active listening, and ability to perform tasks under pressure.

In my HR & Administration Intern role at Buoyant Industrial Systems, Inc., I supported end-to-end recruitment, including applicant orientation, screening, interviews, and assessment administration. I also assisted in onboarding, contract distribution, and maintenance of confidential employee records (201 files), while updating HR databases and manpower reports using MS Excel.

As a Clinical Psychology Intern at The One Algon Place Foundation, Inc., I facilitated person-centered therapeutic activities and built rapport with residents to support emotional and social well-being. I administered psychological tests under supervision and helped with sports, occupational, and music therapy sessions, alongside daily facility routines and program planning.

Earlier, as a GCO Technical Assistant Intern at NYK-TDG Maritime Academy, I assisted counseling programs, orientations, and group sessions for cadets, administered and interpreted psychological assessments under supervision, and prepared counseling documentation. With my Registered Psychometrician (RPm) and Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) credentials, I’m committed to thorough learning, prompt completion of tasks, and continuous skill retention.
