What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and scale regulated TradFi or Web3 businesses, leading market entry, product launches, fundraising, compliance, liquidity, and cross-border operating frameworks.

I've built and scaled regulated TradFi and Web3 businesses across global markets, raising more than $15M for crypto and fintech ventures. Most recently, as CEO of SolarX, I turned a stalled operation into a multi-vertical Web3 platform spanning a proprietary Layer 1, RWA investment portal, launchpad, token pipeline, and solar-powered crypto mining.

At Minima Global, I designed the Foundation and commercial structure for compliant expansion, led exchange and public-sale execution, grew community and node holders 700%, and raised $6M. I also served as Commercial Director and Acting COO, building teams across operations, partnerships, compliance, marketing, and technology.

I co-founded Sheer Markets and scaled it into a licensed multi-asset derivatives brokerage, overseeing products across 3,000+ instruments and a global team of 50+. My background also includes regional leadership at Kraken, regulated payments and FX operations at CMME, and derivatives, FX, equities, commodities, and trading roles with SaudiQuote, Rosenthal Collins, Saxo Bank, and Meridian HFT.
