What I'm looking for

I’m looking to partner with Web3 founders who have strong product and engineering teams, but need someone to open banking/crypto rails, choose jurisdictions, structure token entities, build treasury controls, and make the company investor- and exchange-ready.

I’m the operator behind early Web3 companies’ institutional-grade financial infrastructure—entities, token/foundation structures, banking and crypto rails, multisig treasury, payroll, and investor reporting. At Blum, I built the finance and operations stack from scratch in under six weeks, compressed the monthly close from 30 days to 5 days using CryptoWorth, ApprovalMax, and QuickBooks, and launched global crypto payroll across multiple jurisdictions.

Previously, I co-founded and served as CFO/Head of Capital Formation for Gear Technologies / Vara Network, scaling from pre-seed through token generation to a $1B+ fully diluted valuation and leading all finance, treasury, legal, and operations. I raised $12M+ across tier-one crypto VCs, structured the Coinbase listing end-to-end, and built audit-ready IFRS/US GAAP reporting—grounded in 20+ years across Renaissance Capital, Morgan Stanley, and Bank of America.
