What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead procurement and contract performance, strengthen risk management, and translate data into clear policy and briefs—working closely with stakeholders and governance forums to drive continuous improvement.

I am a procurement and contract leader who uses a strong analytical and systems-thinking approach to identify key risks and trends. In my current role, I manage a portfolio of facility and infrastructure contracts across 200+ department sites, lead performance and risk management improvements, and provide strategic procurement advice aligned with the Victorian Government Procurement Board (VGPB), department policy, and relevant legislation.

I bring a stakeholder-focused, governance-ready style—preparing briefs and reports for various audiences, supporting committees and governance forums as secretariat, and guiding safety, emergency, security, and compliance matters. Previously, I coordinated whole-of-government accommodation strategy, led research and implementation of gender-inclusive bathrooms guidelines, and worked in government insurance roles managing risk and compliance in construction, delivering complex written recommendations, and leading transitions to digital management under COVID-19 restrictions.
