What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote Customer Support, Customer Service, Back Office or Operations Support role where I can manage customer needs, solve problems and support efficient daily operations, ideally serving Italian-speaking customers.

At Marcolino Pizza Gourmet in Turin, I manage customer enquiries, requests and reservations in a high-volume environment. I coordinate bookings, seating arrangements and service priorities while handling concerns and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.

I also communicate between customers and internal staff, process payments and manage daily transactions. Previously, at La Zanzara, I supported customer assistance, payment processing and the daily organisation of customer-facing activities.

Alongside my ongoing International Studies degree at the University of Turin, I’ve developed research, written communication and critical-thinking skills through academic work and debate. I’m a native Italian speaker with C1 English, seeking a remote customer support, back office or operations support role.
