I'm looking to continue owning requirements end to end in Agile teams, translating stakeholder needs into clear ServiceNow solutions, automation, and measurable process improvements.

At Accenture, I define ServiceNow requirements for a 50,000-employee semiconductor client, turning business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and backlog items that have delivered more than five enhancements to 15,000 employees.

I facilitate solution-design workshops and live demos, own UAT through sign-off, and create documentation that supports adoption across business teams. I also build ServiceNow and Excel dashboards that give teams live visibility into request volumes.

By analysing data with SQL and redesigning business processes, I've reduced manual handling time by 30% and support requests by 20% through Service Catalog items and Flow Designer automation.
