I'm looking to apply my renewals, customer retention, vendor management, and team coaching experience in a role focused on process excellence, revenue protection, and strong partner relationships.

I've managed multi-brand IT renewal portfolios at Adistec Corp. across Central America and the Caribbean, supporting VMware, Nutanix, Lenovo, and Riverbed.

I build structured 90/60/30-day outreach cadences, identify at-risk accounts through usage analysis, and deliver tailored commercial options to prevent churn and protect revenue. I also maintain renewal tracking and CRM governance in NetSuite and Oracle while partnering with vendors, resellers, marketing, and operations teams.
