Federico Palai
@federicopalai
Python backend engineer at Yanmar R&D Europe, operating Django services and an IoT platform across three countries.
What I'm looking for
At Yanmar R&D Europe, I run production cloud infrastructure for multiple Django applications, including their Docker stacks, CI/CD, tests, and monitoring.
I built an energy-waste feedback system deployed on about 100 ESP32 devices across buildings in Japan, the Netherlands, and Italy. It sends telemetry to InfluxDB and Redis for analysis and feedback to the device fleet.
I also introduced SonarQube quality gates across repositories and built LLM agents with LangChain and LangGraph. Earlier, I built client tools at Deloitte and co-founded G-Move S.c.r.l., where I owned the data platform for pedestrian-flow analysis.
