I want to build high-scale analytics that improves trust, fraud efficiency, and CX—owning experimentation and instrumentation end to end. I thrive in teams where Data Science, Product, Design, and Engineering collaborate to ship measurable impact.

I’m an Analytics Leader with 8 YOE in consumer internet, Trust and Safety (T&S), and marketplaces—turning vague problem statements into measurable, shipped outcomes. I focus on end-to-end problem solving, from defining success metrics to instrumenting and monitoring impact.

At Flipkart, I’ve owned initiatives that protect platform trust and reduce losses, including a suppression algorithm for Search Integrity that delivered a notable 20 bps reduction in platform losses. I also designed and launched a real-time returns decisioning framework, improving RES by 10% while making the customer return experience faster and smarter.

Beyond execution, I build scalable measurement frameworks—like defining shared-user metrics for FK–Myntra collaboration to identify profit pools and leakage, reducing losses by 35 Cr. I’ve also pioneered a Return Fee program targeting fraudulent customers, achieving a significant 40 bps reduction in return losses.

Earlier, as a Business Analyst, I mapped end-to-end customer journeys to reduce trust breakdowns (improving tNPS by 10%) and delivered cancellation experiments that reduced cancellations by 5%. I’ve also worked on fraud reduction, automated AML rules, and data pipelines—bringing analytics, product thinking, and engineering rigor together.
