Ginika Lovelyn
@ginikalovelyn
I lead product discovery, user research, and MVP delivery for digital products.
What I'm looking for
I'm leading product discovery at FitRoot for an AI fashion-fit app that helps people in the diaspora buy clothes online without worrying about sizing. I work with shoppers, tailors, and delivery partners to define MVP requirements, user journeys, success metrics, and next steps through Mixpanel data.
At CatalystWorld, I work across product, content, and growth in a four-person team. I grew the audience from 18 to 1,600+ followers in 30 days, managed the organisation's website from requirements through launch, and introduced Notion and Jira workflows to keep work aligned.
At Intasida, I cleared 60% of the QA backlog—about 90 issues—to help the team ship on time. I also supported go-to-market activity that contributed to 10,000+ downloads in two months and turned user-test feedback into feature priorities.
Earlier at MPC, I wrote user stories, documented requirements, created Figma user flows, tracked sprints, managed issues, and kept product, design, and development teams aligned across Vulte and VREP.
